I have called UPS and FEDEX both with addresses to find out tracking information on items that were coming to me, even when I had the account # that was used to ship and they said that nothing had been used. Once I finally received the item and looked up the tracking # on thier site, it had full details and showed the items being enroute several days before I made the call. This has happened with UPS and FEDEX. Speedlab may very well have messed up, but talk to them again to find out once Guy returns from his trip.
